Business Manager Position Available
Location: Central Cambria School District, Ebensburg, PA

Position: Permanent, 12-month
Start Date: Immediately
Student Enrollment: 1,600
Budget: $27 million
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Extensive experience in business management with direct program responsibility.
- Proven potential for fiscal management & staff supervision, as demonstrated by successful work in business administration (school business administration preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate communication between administration, staff, and the public.

- Oversee a comprehensive fiscal management program ensuring sound accounting of all district resources.
- Manage fiscal activities, including:
- Fiscal planning and budgeting
- Financial analysis and accounting
- Payroll and employee benefits
- Purchasing and contract administration
- Cash management and investments
- State and federal subsidies
- Tax administration
- Collective bargaining
- Insurance and risk management
- Debt service and capital fund management
- Construction and the Plan-con process
- Bond issuance
- Knowledge of business operations, office management, auditing, transportation, child accounting, & food service is essential.
- Experience in Human Resources is a plus.
