Letter to Households/Applications for Free and Reduced (English, Spanish and Gujarati)

Continuation of Free School Breakfast & No Charge for Reduced-Price Lunches
 
The PA Department of Education, Division of Food & Nutrition (DFN) has announced that free School Breakfast Program (SBP) meals for all students and no charge for reduced-price eligible student lunches through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) will continue for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. These provisions were incorporated into the PA School Code on December 13, 2023. It would now take legislative action to remove these provisions from School Code.
 
 
Dear Parents/Guardians:
 
The District encourages that Applications for Free & Reduced-Price School Meals be submitted through Skyward or Compass; however, should a paper copy be needed, please see below to print. 
 
Hand-completed applications can be submitted to any building secretary in a confidential envelope addressed to Laura McGill, Fiscal Clerk, Cambria Elementary.
